Hey š, Iām Caleb, a 23-year-old web developer from Vancouver, Canada, building GhostBill with a small team.
Like many people around me, I always struggled with keeping track of my spending. I was constantly seeing surprise charges in my bank account slowly draining it.
I created GhostBill as a tool to track my spending and create simple budgets for my family and friends. Since then, it has gained public interest and has become my full time project.
Why We Built GhostBill
We believe that the first step to financial freedom is tracking your spending. This requires us to know every dollar that we spend.
GhostBill helps you do this. It can help you visualize your spending to track habits, and to organize your recurring payments such as your rent, groceries, etc. You can create simple budgets to make sure you are saving money every month.
GhostBill lets you set monthly spending limits by category ā making budgeting simpler and more realistic.

We use Plaid to securely connect your financial accounts. Your credentials are never seen by us, and banking credentials are never stored in our database. Plaid uses industry-standard encryption to protect your financial data end-to-end.
